They are kept until you do not withdraw your consent to the conditions explain within this privacy policy section, following which, your data will be fully erased from our records.

1.2 These Personal Data are collected and used to send out our newsletter and other works. They are not under any circumstance to be communicated to any third party.

You can, by writing to the following e-mail adress : contact@generationlibre.eu  : Exercice your right to access your Personal Data that we have, as well as the information listed in article 15 of the RGPD ; ask that your Personal Data, if inexact or incomplete, be corrected ; ask that your Personal Data be erased from ou database in accordance with the RGPD’s article 17 ; ask the restitution of your Personal Data in accordance with the RGDP’s article 18 ; receive your Personal Data in a structured formal at any time ; withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the link “unsubscribe from this list” present at the bottom of all GENERATIONLIBRE’s e-mails and newsletters.

For security reasons and in order to prevent any fraud, GENERATIONLIBRE reserves the right to ask you for a proof of identity to exercise the aforementioned rights. After processing your demands, that proof of identity will be destroyed.
